What to expect when you subscribe to PLM text alerts
About our messages
PLM Enterprises sends text message notifications to property owners and board members who have opted in. Messages are operational and informational - we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies, typically 2-5 messages per month with additional messages during active weather events.

Complete the form below to subscribe. The consent box is unchecked by default - you must tick it yourself to subscribe, and we do not add anyone to the list without it. Subscribing is optional and is not a condition of any PLM service.

How to opt in
There are two ways to consent to receive text messages from PLM Enterprises:
- This page. Enter your name and mobile number in the form above, tick the consent box, and submit. The box is unchecked by default. The consent language, timestamp, and IP address are recorded with your submission.
- Text START. Text START to our text alert number, 772-266-2066, to subscribe from your phone. Because the message comes from your own handset, only the person holding the phone can subscribe it. This number is also published on our contact page and on the printed service agreements we give to clients.
In every case the number is added to the notification list only after the person who owns the phone has actively consented. We never buy, rent, or import phone number lists from third parties.

Weather Alert
PLM Enterprises: Tropical Storm Warning issued for St. Lucie County effective 8/28 2:00 PM. Secure outdoor items and review your storm prep checklist. Contact us at 772-336-9245 if you need assistance. Reply STOP to opt out.
Inspection Report
PLM HomeWatch: Inspection completed at 123 Ocean Blvd Unit 4B on 8/27. ISSUE FOUND - AC not cooling, reading 82F. We're coordinating with ABC HVAC. Reply STOP to opt out.
Arrival Prep
PLM HomeWatch: Welcome back! Your property at 456 Palm Dr has been opened and is ready for your arrival on 11/15. Water is on, AC set to 74. Reply STOP to opt out.
Payment Reminder
PLM Enterprises: Your September invoice of $150.00 for Oceanview Condos is past due. Please remit payment at your earliest convenience. Questions? Call 772-336-9245. Reply STOP to opt out.
Board Meeting
PLM Enterprises: Reminder - Lake Lucie HOA Board Meeting on 9/15 at 6:30 PM, Clubhouse A. Agenda available at portal.plmetc.com. Reply STOP to opt out.
How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that.
- You can also remove your number in the owner portal, or call us at 772-336-9245.
- For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Opting out of text messages does not affect your service in any way.
